A Little Bit About Us
Jim and Charlotte Moncrief have been married for almost 40 years. They have four children and lots of grandchildren! They believe their faith in God and family are what’s most important.
James (Jim) Moncrief has been in the plumbing industry for over 40 years. He began his career in new residential construction working in all plumbing phases of home building from the underground to the final stages. After receiving his Masters Plumbing License in the early 90’s, he started a plumbing service and remodeling business.
Jim’s philosophy is to “provide a quality job and take pride in your work”. That philosophy, along with his honesty and integrity, has provided Red Lion Plumbing the repeat customer base it has today.
Charlotte Moncrief retired from Hewlett Packard after 25 years as a Project Manager. She manages the office and all the administrative staff. She loves mostly working with their customers as the 1st point of contact. A lot of their customers are women so she can relate to their issues and concerns. She strives to insure that Red Lion Plumbing meets or exceeds their expectations.
